1. Purpose
These General Terms of Sale and Use (the "Terms") govern the relationship between Motta Wedding Academy, a training academy for luxury wedding professions based in Casablanca, Morocco (the "Academy", "we"), and any person (the "User", "Student", "you") visiting our website or enrolling in any of our training programs, workshops, or events.
2. Acceptance of terms
Accessing the site and enrolling in any training program implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the site or enroll in our services.
3. Description of services
Motta Wedding Academy offers training programs, masterclasses, practical workshops, and events related to wedding planning and luxury event management. The content, schedule, and terms of each program are described on the site and may be further detailed at enrollment. The Academy reserves the right to adjust course content to improve quality, without affecting the core commitments made to already enrolled students.
4. Enrollment and admission
Enrollment is subject to availability and, where applicable, a selection process or preliminary interview. Enrollment is only final once the complete application file and the agreed payment (or deposit) have been received. The Academy reserves the right to decline an enrollment for legitimate reasons, particularly limited availability or an incomplete file.
5. Pricing and payment terms
Training fees are indicated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) or Euros (EUR) depending on the program, all taxes included unless stated otherwise. Payment may be made in full or according to a schedule agreed with the admissions team. Any late payment may result in suspension of access to the training until the account is settled.
6. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
Any cancellation request must be sent in writing to Mottaweddingacademy@gmail.com. Refund conditions (full, partial, or as credit) depend on the notice given before the training start date, as specified in the enrollment file. The Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session in case of insufficient participants or exceptional circumstances, in which case sums paid will be fully refunded or rescheduled, at the student's choice.
7. Intellectual property
All educational content, course materials, visuals, text, and graphic elements on the site are the exclusive property of Motta Wedding Academy or its partners and are protected under intellectual property law. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
8. Liability
Motta Wedding Academy undertakes to use all necessary means to properly deliver its training programs. Its liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure, acts of a third party, or for any indirect damage resulting from use of the site or participation in training.
9. Personal data
The processing of personal data collected through the site or during enrollment is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, available on the site.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or performance shall, failing an amicable resolution, be brought before the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
